Over the last decade there has been an increasing incidences of allergies and asthma in children, due to many factors like increasing pollution, weather fluctuation and wrong dietary habits. Many times, these children present with recurrent cold, cough, wheezing and not growing well.
Timely diagnosis and right treatment can prevent all these and unnecessary use of antibiotics can be avoided. Also parental counselling, dos and donts and a step care approach is followed at our asthma clinic with excellent results.
